Therapuetic Yoga Course with Jen Hamilton.

For pain, injury and stress. 5 consecutive Saturdays at 10.30am.

This course is aimed at supporting individuals who are experiencing pain and stress. Research highlights the efficacy of yoga in reducing pain levels and stress, making it a valuable practice for improving overall well-being.

Throughout this 5 week course I will guide you through mindful gentle movement, breathwork, restorative yoga and meditation as effective tools for managing physical discomfort and psychological tension.

Learn how body awareness can foster deep inner relaxation and ease. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or both these practices encourage a deeper connection between the body and mind, fostering healing and well-being on multiple levels and improving all aspects of health and quality of life.

Who is this course for? - Individuals seeking relief from chronic pain and stress. - Those who find general yoga classes overwhelming. - Anyone desiring a slow, gentle introduction to yoga with personalised guidance. - Individuals with injuries undergoing treatment with physiotherapists and doctors seeking to incorporate yoga into their recovery regimen. - Those who have experienced interruption to functional movement patterns through overuse or injury.

To maximize personal attention this course is limited to 12 people. For three decades, I've dedicated myself to teaching yoga and movement. My passion lies in sharing my experience and skills to help others feel better in their bodies.
